Understanding the design and function of your human shoulder blade (scapula)

If your shoulder blades do not have full mobility then it cannot stabilize into a range of motion or behave as an optimal functioning shoulder blade.

Don’t confuse forcing your shoulder  blade to move as an optimal functioning shoulder blade!!!!!

To do a shoulder row efficiently you must first build shoulder blade global rotation optimally. Especially if your weight lifting or workouts demand the ranges you desire.

Good news!!!! Building the deepest anatomy will give your bigger superficial muscles the gains you seek.
