Passive Hold Ranges
Holding a steady range can be a challenge – but the more practice you get, the better you’ll get! These are a norm with my clients. Passive range holds are quite the workout! Training in your active end ranges trains your absolute strength that teaches your muscles to generate force and your connective tissues in your joints to absorb that force. This decreases injuries, increases muscle gains, and performances #PracticeMakesProgress 🦾
