Joint Strength Training Class is a scientifically designed weekly program focused on building bulletproof joint strength which empowers you with the skills and tools for mastering joint control, strength, mobility, and performance.

This training class is all about training your joint strength and nervous system for high level performance, decreasing risk for injury, faster recovery in any fitness, sport, or lifestyle you choose.

Bulgarian Bag Training

$10 drop-in or $45 monthly for unlimited classes

Dimensional training with a Bulgarian Bag geared to empower your entire body with an experience that is riveting every class.

You’ll learn how to produce, and sustain core strength, power, and speed! All while getting an awesome workout.
